I needed new bedding for the twin bed over at my mom's house. I don't sleep there very often but I still wanted to find something cute that any guests would like too. I also didn't want to spend a ton of money because the bed is not used very often. The bed needs twin XL sheets so that narrows down the search.

Mother's Day

Just wanted to say a quick happy mother's day to my own mom, stepmom, and grandma! And to all of the moms, stepmoms, grandmas, aunts, cousins, nannies (!) and everyone else who deserves to be celebrated today (and every day!).

I had brunch at La Cachette with my mom, sister and brother in law. Then we went to visit my grandma who is recovering from surgery. Then I had an early dinner with my dad and stepmom at Poquito Mas (with ice cream after of course!).

I wore this J.Crew dress*** with my favorite gold sandals (exactly the same as the black ones below). It started raining on my drive to my mom's so I grabbed the only sweater I had at her house. Not sure it really matched but I was glad I brought it. Windy by the beach!
