I am a rare find: a Los Angeles native! After surviving four years at an all girls high school, I went east for college and am now back in sunny California. While living in Washington, DC you could find me shopping at Vineyard Vines, interning at the federal courthouse and eating pizza at Matchbox. During college I spent a semester in Australia and loved life down under! I am currently saving up for a return trip to amazing Australia. Until then I am surrounding myself with Australian accented friends ;) I studied psychology and criminology in college. Before I go onto graduate school, I am doing my own “research” by watching every episode of Law and Order, CSI, and any other police drama!
I moved into my apartment last summer and a year later I am finally almost done decorating (phew!). I love shopping, traveling, and all things preppy! Now a full time nanny for Baby H, my days are spent going to the park, listening to the Wiggles on repeat, and enjoying every crazy moment with this handsome little guy! I am the youngest of three girls and will become an aunt this coming spring. Nautical baby clothes=my biggest weakness! Obsessions include: monograms, chocolate milk, the color pink, headbands, elephants, my DVR, and anything nautical.

14 random facts about me
1. I really hate when my google reader is really high. I am constantly checking it so that I will only have a few posts to read at a time. I think this comes from my return to the US: I had over 1000 posts to go through (from just a couple of days of not reading) and I just couldn't handle it!
2. I got my ears pierced my freshman year of college and wrote a paper on the experience
3. I hate cotton balls. I can tolerate qtips but keep the cotton balls away from me!
4. I hate the word panties.
5. I love vacuuming.
6. My sheets/covers have to be completely tucked in for me to sleep (I think this comes from the fact I'm tall and don't like my feet hanging over and getting cold)
7. I always set my alarm to an odd number (such as 8:43, 9:17)

9. I have this weird phobia/ocd thing with hair (ie- I have to dust buster my bathroom floor like everyday, remove it from peoples' clothing if they are near me/I'm talking to them)

11. My parents gave me chocolate milk as an incentive to giving up bottles when i was 2 and I still drink a glass every day (even when i was in england I had my mom send me ovaltine)
12. After I got my braces off, I couldn't whistle anymore
