Coastal Living Showhouse: Second Floor balcony/outdoor dining area

The second floor has outdoor spaces in the front and back of the house. The kitchen/living area opens up to a large balcony with two seating/lounging areas and a table/dining area. This spot has an ocean view.

For reference this is the back of the house. The umbrella is by the pool area, off the ground floor. The photos below are the upper balcony space.

Coastal Living Showhouse: Basement Bunk Room/Family Room

The basement could be a separate apartment/living space for guests, college kids home for break, nanny/housekeeper suite, etc. It has a small kitchen, a desk area, two bathrooms (one is a powder room and the other is a full bathroom), and bedroom. The bedroom currently has TWO sets of bunk beds!

The bottom beds are queens and the top beds are double beds so you have sleeping for up to 8 people in this room!

This is the space that the family/game room opens up to. There is also access from the living/dining room area.

Over by where that guy is walking there is a fancy BBQ, sink, and mini fridge

Fire pit

Go up a few stairs and you reach the very top of the house. This spot, facing the ocean, is quiet and private. Look at that view!

There is a bar cart and another sink and mini fridge so you can stay up here for hours!

I absolutely loved this room. Give me foosball and nautical decor and I am in heaven! This room is off the kitchen (there's a short hallway with a bathroom) and opens onto the front deck/balcony.

The upstairs has a big open kitchen, living room/dining area that opens onto a balcony with more seating and a table for outdoor entertaining (I will do a separate post on the second floor outdoor spaces-there's also a deck!).
