Nautical Photo of the Week: Nautical Wedding

Tiffany's big day finally came! I featured Tiffany in a nautical outfit before and most recently I featured photos of her wedding reception venue (she went for a pre-wedding sneak peek).

Here are photos from her nautical wedding. The reception was held at the Santa Barbara Maritime Museum. Could it get any more nautical than that?! Tiffany did a nautical and vintage travel theme (see the placecards and seating map below).

Just married!

Nautical rope cake!

Anchor favor boxes!

Nautical rope boutonniere for the groom and groomsmen!

An anchor on the floor at the house where Tiffany got ready

Dancing with life jackets on at the reception!

Closeup of the sail on the boat centerpiece at the reception

Apparently one table was hoarding the boats at the end of the night!

I love this idea: the guests filled out vintage postcards for the bride and groom and placed them in cute suitcases

Had to add another photo of the bride and groom!

The mini luggage tag placecards are based on these printables and the seating chart is based on this printable

Harding-Lane needlepoint hat GIVEAWAY!

Started by a brother and sister from New England, Sarah and Steve decided to put needlepoint stitching on a baseball hat (something they had never seen before). More importantly they wanted to give profits back to environmental organizations in order to help save the places they loved. They wanted to create a product that somehow intertwined their love for New England, respect for the environment, and desire to live a life in which their work was their passion.

One lucky winner will receive the Harding-Lane needlepoint hat of her or his choice!

DellaLA + Apple launch party

A good cause + cute bags= start shopping! The founder of Della is a family friend so I am especially excited about the recent news! Yesterday was the launch of Della's exclusive MacBook cases in Apple stores! You can now purchase your Della MacBook case at all LA and NYC Apple stores! If you are not in one of those cities then you can still buy your case online here

Here I am at the launch party last night (didn't get a photo with my guest, Leeann though):

"Della empowers women of Hohoe, Ghana to gain financial independence by providing jobs, education and skill training. Each item is handmade by economically vulnerable women working under Beatrice's mentorship. The sale of every bag has a positive effect on the people of Hohoe. Tina's intention behind Della is to provide jobs and education to the community, while bringing awareness of Hohoe's struggle to the Western World."

The Dahl House nautical hooded towels

I love the Dahl House! I have an anchor picture frame in my apartment and I got my sister and brother in law the Martha's Vineyard frame for their wedding gift (his family has a house there and my lucky sister has been to Martha's Vineyard before I have!).

The Dahl House now has the cutest hooded towels for little ones. I think these nautical themed hooded towels would make the perfect baby gift! Or bring them along to the pool or beach for post-swim! The towels can be personalized with a name or monogram.

Here is Whitney's daughter modeling the sailboat towel:

The newest design is this polka dot lobster. Isn't it cute? It isn't on the Dahl House site yet so just email Whitney at sales@thedahlhouse.com to order

**Please note: this is NOT a sponsored post. I just love the Dahl House!**
