Nautical Martha's Vineyard Cottage

Reader Carol emailed me about this adorable coastal cottage in the Oaks Bluff area of Martha's Vineyard. It is the cottage (just 900 square feet!) of designer Tracey Overbeck Stead, her husband, and their two boys.
