101 Dalmatians fanny pack for years as a child so I am totally on board with a more fashionable, updated fanny pack for adults! The bags are made exclusively in New York City. From designer and founder, Sara Rossi, "I created Beau & Ro to alleviate the pressure of having to make a choice. Versatility and functionality should go hand in hand with style." Sara is a New England native who now resides in lower Manhattan. Many of the designs have a nautical theme. For example,
the Ruffian is actually named after Sara's parents sailboat. Sara's parents met sailing and that was a bit of the inspiration behind the hands fee concept!
All of the
Beau & Ro bags measure 6 x 8 inches and include an inside pocket so you can keep everything you need within reach. The belt measures 45” from end to end. Something like this would have come in handy during all of outings as a nanny, especially at the park! Being able to have both of my hands free (and not having a bulky bag falling off my shoulder) is ideal! I also think the Beau & Ro bag would be perfect for travel. I hate having to dig around for my ID and money when I am at the airport. Going through security would be a breeze! Head over to

The Ruffian bag is made of defunct naval flags from a US Navy ship. Sara's dad was a lieutenant in the navy so it's a little nod to him! It has a vinyl liner so that it is waterproof.
